My Business Journey
I grew up in the South of The Netherlands, where I launched my first business at 16, organising events. At 19, I relocated to Amsterdam to study Media & Culture and Communication at the University of Amsterdam, while working freelance in casting and film production. I was also involved in the launch of the student led cultural hub Studio K.
My work in film led to a five year programme at the Netherlands Film Academy, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree. In 2011, I was recognised as Creative Talent of the Year by Adformatie and founded my second production company Favor Films. I co-founded 2ndLoop, a management agency for digital creators in 2020, followed by the launch of an NFT/crypto investment company in 2021.
In 2013, I founded Favor Talents, a talent management that represented European actors, directors and writers. The company operated from offices in the Netherlands and Belgium, supporting talent with a global reach. After 11 years building the company, I decided to withdraw from work altogether for at least a year due to a personal crisis and to focus on a self-care and self-awareness process.
This became a valuable journey I intend to continue, both personally and professionally. As people increasingly sought my advice, I realised my perspectives provided useful insights. In September 2025, this led me to formalise my advisory work under 20T70T and to take on the role of business coordinator at Anon Binaire in the same month.
